Community Classes are held twice per month (roughly every other Sunday).
Start your Sunday on a positive note! Our all-level Community Classes are designed to help you build heat, strength, flexibility, and stamina with a fusion of hatha yoga and vinyasa flow. Whether you are new to yoga or an advanced practitioner, the focus on alignment, breath-work, movement, and stress release will leave you feeling truly relaxed, refreshed, and ready to take on the day!
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring your own yoga mat, a sealable water bottle, and a hand or mat towel. If you have your own props (blankets, blocks, straps, etc) that you like to use as part of your yoga practice, feel free to bring those as well.
TIME & ENTRY
Community Classes are 60 minutes long and run from 9:30-10:30am. Doors will open 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class. If you are attending your first class with NAVAWELL or need to pay in person, please arrive a few minutes early. Late arrivals will not be admitted after 9:45am.
